the reception staff were very helpful.

The room i had faced the street. It was noisy! we could hear every conversation and vehicle all night long. also, the air conditioning was not effective enough to cool the room properly, a terrible situation.

The room size was generous. the breakfast room seemed spacious, which i appreciated. the staff offered helpful assistance with directions. i used their luggage storage. This was very convenient for my travel plans.

The tv screen in the room was quite small. Its placement made it difficult to view from the bed.

the location reminded me of a sweet dream, just a short walk to many sights. the rooms where tidy and clean. i was so happy for kind staff, they helped us change our stay when our plane delayed. that touch was very romantic.

our room faced the lobby, and late night voices woke us up. i wish there was more soundproofing.

the location was okay. it was close to many attractions.

I was quite annoyed by the noise at night. i could hear people in the hallway and outside, even with the windows closed. the soundproofing seems to be nonexistent, and getting a decent night's sleep proved very difficult. also, the bathroom design was odd, needing to walk up two stairs to open the door. It feels unsafe.
